01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the nldbd website, creating a player account, or using any feature of the nldbd platform — including casino games, sports betting, fishing games, live dealer tables, and payment services — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all players, regardless of the device or method used to access the nldbd platform.

nldbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of this document will always be accessible at https://nldbd.net/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the nldbd platform following the publication of an updated version constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside the nldbd Privacy Policy and the nldbd Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. In the event of any conflict between a promotional offer's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotional terms shall take precedence for matters directly related to that promotion only; in all other respects, these general Terms & Conditions shall apply.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and maintain an account with nldbd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. nldbd strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 18. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of the laws of the jurisdiction in which they reside.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting in your own personal capacity.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement, whether imposed by nldbd or by any other gaming platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or agent of nldbd, nor an immediate family member or household member of such a person, when participating in any real-money game or promotion.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

nldbd employs a multi-stage Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm player identity and age. As part of this process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a national identity card (NID), passport, birth certificate, driving licence, or other government-issued identification document. nldbd may also request proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months) and proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by nldbd support may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be permanently closed, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any bonus amounts used during the period of underage access.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account with nldbd. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts — whether by the same individual using different personal details, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, nldbd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and historical winnings, and retain deposited funds pending investigation.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Any intentional provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information — including but not limited to a false date of birth, a name that does not match your identification documents, or a residential address in a jurisdiction where use of nldbd is prohibited — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and grounds for immediate account closure.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nldbd login credentials, including your username and password. nldbd will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify nldbd support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, via live chat at [email protected].

nldbd accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, except in cases where such losses are directly attributable to a security failure on the part of nldbd's platform infrastructure.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

nldbd supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via mobile financial services (MFS) and ৳500 via bank transfer.

All deposit and withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Identity Matching: The payment method used to deposit must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your nldbd account. Third-party payments are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within 2–6 hours during operational hours (09:00–22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed on the next business day.
• Fees: nldbd does not charge a platform-side fee for deposits or withdrawals. Standard transaction fees imposed by your mobile financial services provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) are the responsibility of the player and are not reimbursed by nldbd.
• Wagering Requirement Before Withdrawal: Where a player has received a bonus, a minimum wagering requirement (as specified in the relevant bonus terms) must be met before the associated funds can be withdrawn. Deposited funds not associated with any bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard KYC verification.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily/weekly withdrawal limits apply and are published in the nldbd cashier section. These limits may be adjusted at nldbd's discretion with reasonable notice to affected players.

nldbd reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, nldbd will notify the player and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

nldbd offers a range of bonuses and promotional campaigns to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, cricket betting promotions, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• One Bonus Per Player: Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times via duplicate accounts or alternate payment methods constitute bonus abuse and will result in account action.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified; uncompleted requirements will result in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirement completion. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports betting wagers may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Minimum Odds for Sports Betting Bonuses: Where a sports betting bonus specifies minimum odds, bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not count toward wagering requirement completion.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date after which unused bonus funds and any associated winnings are removed from your account automatically. Expiry dates are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash value unless fully converted to withdrawable funds through completion of the applicable wagering requirements. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for alternative promotional offers.

nldbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, including where nldbd reasonably suspects that a promotion is being manipulated or abused. Players who are found to have abused bonus offers may have their bonus revoked, their winnings voided, and their account suspended or closed.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the nldbd platform are supplied by certified third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider's games operate using independently audited Random Number Generators (RNGs) that ensure all outcomes are statistically random and free from manipulation. nldbd does not develop its own games and does not have the technical capability to influence game outcomes.

The rules governing each individual game are determined by the game provider and are accessible within the game interface. By launching any game on the nldbd platform, you agree to be bound by the game provider's rules as displayed in that game. In the event of any discrepancy between the game's displayed rules and nldbd's promotional material, the game provider's rules shall take precedence for the purposes of determining game outcomes.

nldbd operates a strict fair play policy. The following activities are considered breaches of fair play and will result in immediate account action including suspension, winnings voiding, and permanent closure:

• Use of any software, bot, script, or automated system to place bets, spin reels, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or malfunction in a game or platform feature to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accumulated as a result of a confirmed software error are void regardless of whether the player was aware of the error at the time of play.
• Collusion with other players in live dealer, poker, or any other multi-player game format to gain an advantage over other participants or over the house.
• Placing bets in a pattern that constitutes arbitrage, matched betting, or any other strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus terms rather than to engage with the games in good faith.

07 Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the fair play obligations outlined in Section 06, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nldbd platform and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using the nldbd platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity. nldbd monitors transactions and player behaviour for indicators of suspicious financial activity and will report suspicious cases to appropriate authorities in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider for a transaction that was legitimately processed on your nldbd account. Initiating a chargeback while retaining the benefit of the funds or winnings is considered fraud and will result in permanent account closure and recovery action.
• Misuse of Support Services: Submitting false, abusive, or threatening communications to nldbd's customer support team. nldbd has zero tolerance for harassment directed at support staff.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction: Attempting to access or use the nldbd platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic access controls.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works based on any nldbd content — including game assets, promotional materials, platform code, or brand imagery — without explicit written permission from nldbd.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

nldbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, provision of false registration information, confirmed underage access, or patterns of behaviour inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

Players may also voluntarily close their nldbd account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5–10 business days.

Self-Exclusion

nldbd provides a self-exclusion programme for players who feel that their gambling may be becoming problematic. Self-exclusion can be requested for periods of 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended, all marketing communications will be suppressed, and you will not be able to create a new account on the nldbd platform. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nldbd's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. nldbd is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

nldbd makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. nldbd will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain platform availability and will notify players of scheduled maintenance periods where practicable.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms. In the event of any dispute arising between you and nldbd regarding these terms, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through nldbd's internal complaints procedure. To initiate a complaint, contact the support team at [email protected] with full details of the issue. nldbd aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through internal procedure within a reasonable timeframe, nldbd will cooperate in good faith with any applicable external dispute resolution mechanism available to the player.
